這道菜是從男朋友那邊偷學來的
帥哥煮菜 又養眼又好吃 哈哈
其實這道菜食材簡單,也不用太高深的煮菜能力XD
有機會可以學起來給另一半吃
是一道色香味俱全的菜餚喲
食材
- 橄欖油 olive oil 1 大匙
- 洋蔥 onion 1個,切小丁
- 牛絞肉 beef mince 500g
- 墨西哥辣粉 Mexican chilli powder 1 小匙
- TACO粉 sachet reduced-salt taco seasoning mix 35g
- 番茄醬 tomato paste 兩大匙
- 水 water 1/4杯
- 玉米片 corn chips 一包 (使用多利多茲即可)
- 起司絲 grated tasty cheese
- 酸奶油 sour cream
<TACO 粉>可以在超市買到或是自己做
辣椒粉 chilli powder 兩大匙
紅椒粉 paprika 5小匙
孜然芹粉 ground cumin 4 1/2小匙
洋蔥粉 onion powder 2 1/2小匙
大蒜粉 garlic powder 2 1/2小匙
玉米粉 cornflour 1 1/2小匙
番椒 cayenne pepper1/8小匙
做法
1. 烤箱預熱200°C, 平底鍋轉中火放入洋蔥拌炒至軟後加入牛絞肉炒至牛肉上色。
Preheat oven to 200°C. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook onion for 2 minutes, or until soft. Add mince. Cook, stirring with a wooden spoon, for 5 minutes or until browned.
2.加入辣椒粉,TACO粉,番茄醬,水開中小火收汁
Add chilli powder, seasoning, tomato paste and water. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until thick.
3. 裝盤:先放入玉米片,依續放入絞肉,起司。再放入烤箱烤15分鐘,拿出後再放上一球酸奶油,完成!
Arrange corn chips on a heatproof plate. Top with mince. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 15 minutes, or until hot. Top with salsa, avocado and sour cream. Serve.
